If you really feel you need to read this page then carry on, but it's unlikely to be particularly interesting unless you get a thrill from Perl, JavaScript and AJAX technology.  This is a repository of technical stuff which might be useful in the event that someone else has to start turning the gibberish written in the scorebook into hard digital information with a spurious veneer of authority.

How to make scoresheets

Shortly after each match, a scoresheet is likely to appear.  These are not produced just by typing the scores into an html file, which would be altogether too easy.  Instead there is a two-stage process which starts with a simple text file and ends with an exciting array of possibilities.  This is how you make a scoresheet.
